How does Ace It Tutoring work?
We’re committed to being the best at what we do—helping students excel in high school Math and Science.
Success requires effort, and we make sure our students have the best support every step of the way.
Unlike other tutoring services, we don’t charge by the hour. Instead, once you're registered, you can come to the center whenever you want—no appointment necessary. Stay as long as needed, as often as you like.
The moment you have a question, one of our expert tutors will sit with you 1-on-1 and ensure you fully understand the concept before moving on.

Do I need to register for the free trial evening?
No you don't. You are welcome to drop by at any time to see what we are all about.

Will there always be a tutor available to help me?
Yes! We guarantee that a tutor will always be available the moment you need help, no matter the subject, difficulty, or time required.

Is the membership truly unlimited?
Yes! We are the only tutoring center in town that offers truly unlimited, in-person tutoring. Come in as often as you need, stay as long as you like, and get help whenever you want.

Do I have to pay extra if I need help in more than one subject?
No! Our flat-rate membership covers all Math and Science subjects—so you can get help in as many subjects as you need, and its already included in your membership

Do you cover all high school Math and Science courses?
Yes! We support students in all levels of Math and Science, from Grade 9 through Grade 12, including:

Can you help with Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) courses?
Absolutely! We have lots of experience supporting students in both AP and IB programs. Some of our tutors have went though those programs as well!

Are you open during the summer?
Yes! Whether you’re taking summer school or just getting ahead on your own, we’re here to support you during the summer months.

Are you open on long weekends and school breaks?

Long weekends: Closed Sundays, open Monday at 5 PM so students can prepare for the week ahead.

Spring/Easter Break: Open.

How can I save money on my membership?
We offer several discounts:

Early Bird Discount: 10% off when registering at the start of the semester—with no obligation to stay for the whole semester!

Sibling Discounts: 10% off for a second student, 25% off for a third.

Grade 9 Discount: 10% off for Grade 9 students who want to get a strong start before high school.

Since our discounts stack, families with multiple students registering early can save even more!
Q
Am I locked into a semester-long commitment?
No! You can cancel anytime, and any remaining payments will not be processed. You’ll still have access to the center for the remainder of the paid period.

​Can I sign up just for diploma prep without a tutoring membership?
Yes! While we encourage students to take advantage of our support throughout the semester, you’re welcome to just enroll in our diploma prep courses before exams.
